- 3 cups bread crumbs

6 eggs

1 1/2 cups mayo

1/2 onion, chopped

2 TBLSP worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 TBLSP dry mustard

1 1/2 TBLSP seafood seasoning, like Old Bay

6 lbs crab meat

Oil for deep frying
Combine bread crumbs, eggs, mayo, onion, worcestershire sauce, mustard and seasoning in bowl; mix well.
Add crab meat that you've picked through to remove any odd bits of shell or membrane; mix well.
Shape into 2" balls and deep fry in oil that is 350°F until golden brown.
Yield: 13 dozen
