- 6oz can of Dave's Smoked Salmon

1 lb of cooked pasta

1½ -2 cups of chopped tomatoes

1-2 cloves minced garlic

3 tbsp Italian seasoning

¼ cup of drained capers

½ cup white wine

3 tbsp olive oil

Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet, stir and cook garlic in olive oil over medium-high & heat until the garlic is golden.
Add tomatoes, wine, capers, and Italian seasoning, stir and cook until mixture is hot.
In a large bowl, toss pasta with the tomato mixture.
Add the can of salmon and the cheese & toss gently.
