Shipping Rates: Dave's Gourmet Albacore ships products via UPS Ground, 2-Day Air and Next-Day Air using value based shipping rates. Shipping costs for your order are calculated during checkout.

All shipping costs include packaging, handling, insurance, delivery tracking and confirmation.

All perishable items must be shipped 2-Day or Next-Day Air. For orders that include both canned and perishable items, the cost will be adjusted for shipping method (unless you provide other instructions in the Comments box when you place your order).

There are no refunds on shipping.

Delivery: Orders will be sent out promptly based on when it was received, product availability and the next available ship date. Unless otherwise noted, your order will ship via ground service. Expect 8-10 business days for arrival.

We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Perishables: Fresh and Frozen orders will be shipped Next-Day Air only. Perishable Smoked and Kippered Products can be shipped via Next Day Air or 2-Day Air. Orders will ship Monday-Wednesday only. If an order is placed on Friday or the weekend, it will ship out the next business day. Delays may occur due to product availability or holidays.

Product Substitutions: In the rare instance that demand outstrips our supply of an item (i.e. Gift Baskets) we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value at no additional charge unless otherwise noted in order instructions.

Our Promise: We take every precaution to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and freshness. If you find that our products do not meet these standards, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly replace it. Any return for a refund must be received within 30 days.

Payment Methods: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. We will also gladly accept a money order or check payable to Dave’s Gourmet Albacore.
