I tried this salmon at a farmer's market in Carmel, CA. Without a doubt, this is the gold standard for canned salmon--or just about any salmon in my opinion. The meat is so tender and flavorful, I simply spread it on crackers to enjoy its rich, buttery excellence. It is expensive, and I admit I selfishly reserve it for my personal culinary pleasure. I justify the high price by reconciling its natural omega-3 benefits to my reduced expenditure for counterpart supplements. Try this product--and be prepared to 'get hooked.'
