Okay, I lived in Santa Cruz for about a year and sort of stumbled across this place one day with a local friend. We bought the canned garlic tuna, the olive oil tuna again canned and a bag of the most wonderful taste sensation to ever cross my lips, specifically the Kippered/Smoked Albacore Tuna Fillets. While the canned stuff was absolutely wonderful and I almost cried when it was gone, the fresh smoked albacore tuna fillets were indescribably delicious. We ate it straight out of the package, we ate it with cream cheese on some deli wheat crackers and some Chandon brut champagne right on the beach in a state park and I found the most heavenly tuna taste I have ever known before or since I found this company.
